Hey Dude Shoes start at only 5 ounces (150 grams) – about the same weight as a couple pairs of socks!

Hey Dude shoes are currently manufactured in China.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
In stock items usually ship within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, shipping time can be anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Please note that all orders take 3-5 business days to process before shipping. A shipment confirmation will be emailed to you once your order ships and it will have all your relevant order details, as well as tracking information when applicable.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
USPS FIRST CLASS - In the US the cost for shipping is $12. Delivery time is 5-8 business days, depending on location (shipping from Los Angeles). Tracking is not available, but you will receive a number to confirm delivery. Signature confirmation is required upon delivery.
We do not ship to P.O. Box address's, no exceptions.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently, we only ship in the United States. We do NOT ship Internationally.
DO HEY DUDE SHOES HAVE A WARRANTY?
Hey Dude offers 12 months limited warranty on manufacturer defects.
WHAT IF I WAS SHIPPED THE WRONG MERCHANDISE?
We do apologize for any shipping mistakes, please contact our Support department at (+1 323 848 4896) or (support@hey-d.com), and we will be happy to correct our mistakes.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY HEY DUDE SHOES?
You can return any pair for exchange or "store-credit" for any reason within 5 days of receipt. If you need to make a return, please send your shoes along with your receipt to Hey Dude Shoes. We will be happy to replace your product with the same or similar item (based on items STOCK). For store credit, please email us your request before shipping back item. Due to high shipping cost, we are compelled to charge an additional $10 for an exchange.
WHAT IS CONSIDERED A MANUFACTURED DEFECT?
Manufacture defects on merchandise are items that have a material or workmanship defect that is excess to the standard design.
